About Money
Money is one of those horses that catches your attention the minute you see him. He’s balanced, athletic, and naturally put together with a presence that’s hard to ignore. He honestly looks like a million bucks — and carries himself like he knows it.
What really sold us on him though wasn’t just how he looks. It’s who he is.
He has soft, kind eyes and a willing attitude that makes him enjoyable to be around every day. He wants to work with you, not against you, and he handles new things with confidence and maturity beyond his age.
Under saddle he continues to show a lot of promise. He’s naturally soft, responsive, and athletic, with the kind of movement and body control that should translate well into multiple directions.
We’re excited to have him in training and being shown by Luke Wiggins, and we believe his future is very bright.
Pedigree Highlights
Money brings together some of the strongest modern cow horse genetics available.
His sire, Woody Be Tuff, is a $350,000+ NRCHA and NCHA money earner and one of the industry’s leading sires of cow horse talent. Horses from this line are known for athletic ability, trainability, stop, and versatility.
His dam, Flat Baroque, adds additional performance strength and proven genetics, contributing structure, athleticism, and disposition. The maternal side reinforces the balance and usability we prioritize in our program.
This combination gives Money a pedigree foundation for both performance potential and practical ranch ability.
Development
Money is still growing and maturing physically, currently standing 15 hands with more growth expected. We are allowing him time to develop correctly while continuing his training program. Currently ridden and shown by Luke Wiggins.
Our goal is to develop him into a versatile performance horse while maintaining the soundness and mind that make horses enjoyable long-term partners.
What We Expect Money to Add to His Foals
• Trainability and softness
• Athletic ability and balance
• Willing, kind dispositions
• Confidence and usability
• Eye appeal and presence
• Versatility
Why We Chose Money
We look for horses that combine ability with disposition, and Money checks those boxes. He has the pedigree, the presence, and the mind we believe can move our program forward while still producing the kind of horses people enjoy riding every day.
He represents the future of Hitchcock Quarter Horses.
Breeding Information
Money is currently available to a limited number of approved mares while he continues his training and show career. Our goal is to produce horses that meet the same standards we expect in our own program.
If we wouldn’t breed a mare if she were in our string, we won’t accept her for outside breeding.
We are always happy to visit with mare owners about crosses and whether Money may be a good fit.
